These Terms & Conditions govern communications and services provided by Dealer Mats Direct LLC.
SMS Messaging Program
Dealer Mats Direct LLC may send SMS/text messages to customers who expressly opt in. Messages may include sample-request follow-up, product inquiries, order information, customer-service communications, and requested follow-up. Customers who separately consent to marketing messages may also receive special offers, discounts, new product information, and service updates.
Opt-In
Customers may opt in by submitting our Request Information form and affirmatively selecting the applicable optional SMS consent checkbox. Consent checkboxes are not pre-selected. SMS consent is not required to submit an inquiry or make a purchase.
Opt-Out
You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to transmission by your wireless carrier and network provider.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in Dealer Mats Direct LLC’s SMS messaging program.
Privacy Policy
Our SMS messaging program is subject to the Dealer Mats Direct LLC Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
